The verdict
The Majesty earns its Amazon presence with real user reviews, 48 airbags, and Daiwa's reputation for durability. The 2D roller limitation at $6,000 is a genuine trade-off versus the compression quality.
Buyers who prioritise airbag compression quality and want real customer review data before buying
PROS
- ✓48 airbags deliver thorough full-body compression from shoulders through calves — one of the highest counts for L-track chairs at this price
- ✓Verified Amazon customer reviews provide real user feedback rarely available for specialist massage chairs
- ✓Daiwa's L-track covers glutes and hamstrings comprehensively
- ✓2-stage zero gravity for spinal decompression
- ✓3yr warranty with Daiwa's domestic service coverage
CONS
- ✕2D rollers at $6,000 — buyers should seriously evaluate whether the airbag quality justifies bypassing 3D/4D alternatives
- ✕No smart features — remote control only
- ✕Lumbar heat only; the 48-airbag story is not matched by equivalent heat coverage

Common questions about the Daiwa Majesty
- Does the Daiwa Majesty reach into the glutes and hamstrings?
- The Daiwa Majesty is built on an L-Track — the rollers extend past the lumbar region into your glutes and the top of your hamstrings. Noticeably more coverage than a standard S-Track, especially for people who sit at a desk all day.
- What type of rollers does the Daiwa Majesty have?
- The Daiwa Majesty is built with 2D rollers, which follow a fixed-depth path up and down the spine. Simple, dependable, and particularly good for regular daily use or lighter therapeutic sessions.
- Does the Daiwa Majesty support zero gravity reclining?
- Yes, the Daiwa Majesty supports zero gravity recline — a position that distributes body weight evenly and reduces spinal load. It also allows the rollers to reach deeper into muscle tissue, making the same pressure setting feel more effective.
- Does the Daiwa Majesty include heat therapy?
- Heat therapy is built into the Daiwa Majesty. It pre-warms muscle tissue to improve roller penetration — a small feature that makes a measurable difference, particularly for chronic tension in the lumbar region.
- What is the maximum weight capacity of the Daiwa Majesty?
- The Daiwa Majesty supports up to 265 lbs (120 kg). This is a hard limit from the manufacturer — the motor and frame are rated to this specification.
- What height range is the Daiwa Majesty designed for?
- The Daiwa Majesty fits users between 5′4″ and 6′0″ most effectively. If you're outside this range, it's worth demoing in-store or checking the chair's height adjustment settings before purchasing.
- Does the Daiwa Majesty have airbag compression?
- With 42 airbags, the Daiwa Majesty provides wide compression coverage across the upper and lower body. The squeeze-and-release pattern mimics lymphatic drainage techniques and complements the roller massage.
- How long is the warranty on the Daiwa Majesty?
- The Daiwa Majesty includes a 2 years warranty. Always confirm exact coverage terms — particularly in-home service provisions — with your retailer at time of purchase.
