The verdict
Premium full-body massage chair with dual S- and L-Track system, two-quad roller DuoSync technology, 38 auto-wellness programs, and 3D/4D massage. Equipped with 4D rollers with continuous depth variation, SL-track (full spine and glutes).
The Super Novo 3.0 is Human Touch's current flagship — the most advanced massage chair the brand has ever built. It features a dual S- and L-Track system with DuoSync two-quad roller technology, meaning four independent rollers work simultaneously across your upper and lower body. With 38 auto-wellness programs (including AI-adaptive sessions), 3D/4D depth variation, and Rapid Acupoint body sensing, the 3.0 represents the cutting edge of what Human Touch can deliver. At $11,999, it's firmly in luxury territory, but it competes directly with flagships from Osaki, Daiwa, and Luraco.
The Super Novo lineup spans from $10,999 to $15,999. The Super Novo 2.0 ($10,999) features a 60-inch SL-track with 3D/4D Intellitrack, 38 wellness programs, JBL speakers, and Big & Tall fit up to 6'9". The 3.0 ($11,999) upgrades to a dual S- and L-Track with DuoSync technology, Rapid Acupoint sensing, and refined auto-programs. The Super Novo X ($15,999) is the ultra-premium option with an 85.5-inch Dual Track — the longest continuous roller path of any massage chair on the market, covering from skull to calves. If you're choosing between them: the 3.0 is the best overall value for flagship performance; the X is for buyers who want absolute maximum roller coverage regardless of price.

Common questions about the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0
- Does the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 cover the lower back and glutes?
- The Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 uses an SL-Track — the rollers follow a continuous arc from your neck and shoulders all the way through your glutes. It's the most complete roller coverage available, and particularly effective for lower back and hip tension.
- What type of rollers does the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 have?
- The Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 is fitted with 3D rollers that move in three directions including depth — pressing further into the muscle during each pass. A meaningful upgrade for anyone who finds 2D massage too surface-level.
- Does the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 support zero gravity reclining?
- Yes, the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 supports zero gravity recline — a position that distributes body weight evenly and reduces spinal load. It also allows the rollers to reach deeper into muscle tissue, making the same pressure setting feel more effective.
- Does the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 include heat therapy?
- Heat therapy is built into the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0. It pre-warms muscle tissue to improve roller penetration — a small feature that makes a measurable difference, particularly for chronic tension in the lumbar region.
- Does the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 adjust to my body shape?
- Yes — the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 uses built-in sensors to map your spine length and shoulder width before each session, automatically positioning the rollers to match your exact frame.
- What is the maximum weight capacity of the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0?
- The Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 supports up to 285 lbs (129 kg). This is a hard limit from the manufacturer — the motor and frame are rated to this specification.
- How long is the warranty on the Human Touch Super Novo 3.0?
- The Human Touch Super Novo 3.0 includes a 5 years warranty. Always confirm exact coverage terms — particularly in-home service provisions — with your retailer at time of purchase.
