Common questions about the Infinity IT-8500 Plus
- What track type does the Infinity IT-8500 Plus use?
- S-Track on the Infinity IT-8500 Plus means the roller path mirrors the natural S-curve of your spine, neck to lower back. Compact and precise — effective for people who want focused spinal work rather than full lower-body coverage.
- What roller technology does the Infinity IT-8500 Plus use?
- The Infinity IT-8500 Plus uses 3D rollers, meaning they extend outward from the track to press deeper into muscle tissue — adjustable beyond the standard 2D range. More targeted relief for tight or knotted areas.
- Can the Infinity IT-8500 Plus recline into a zero gravity position?
- Yes — the Infinity IT-8500 Plus reclines into a zero gravity position, tilting your body so your legs rise above your heart. This reduces spinal compression and allows the rollers to work with gravity rather than against it, deepening the therapeutic effect.
- Is there built-in heat on the Infinity IT-8500 Plus?
- Yes — the Infinity IT-8500 Plus includes built-in heat, typically in the lumbar and sometimes calf sections. Heat loosens muscle tissue before and during the massage, making roller pressure more effective without needing to increase intensity.
- How much weight can the Infinity IT-8500 Plus support?
- The Infinity IT-8500 Plus is rated for a maximum user weight of 300 lbs (136 kg). Staying within this limit ensures both effective massage delivery and long-term mechanical reliability.
- Who does the Infinity IT-8500 Plus fit in terms of height?
- The Infinity IT-8500 Plus is calibrated for users between 6′0″ and 6′4″. Body scanning will auto-adjust the roller path, but the physical dimensions of the chair are optimised for this range.
- How many airbags does the Infinity IT-8500 Plus have?
- The Infinity IT-8500 Plus is fitted with 38 airbags distributed across the shoulders, arms, hips, and calves. More airbags generally means better coverage and more even compression pressure.
- Is the Infinity IT-8500 Plus covered by a warranty?
- 5 years warranty on the Infinity IT-8500 Plus. Coverage terms (parts vs. labour, in-home vs. depot service) can vary by retailer and region, so verify before buying.
- Which retailers carry the Infinity IT-8500 Plus?
