The verdict
4D L-Track massage chair with a 35-inch wide seat for big-and-tall buyers, extended roller path, and deep tissue 4D rollers — Infinity's widest model at $13,499. Equipped with 4D rollers with continuous depth variation, L-track (back and glutes).
The Palisade 4D Max is the big-and-tall variant of the Palisade platform — same 4D L-track mechanism as the Palisade 4D and Palisade Pro 4D, but scaled up for larger users with a higher weight capacity and reinforced frame. Priced at $13,499, it sits between the standard Palisade 4D and the Syner-D flagships. The chair inherits the Palisade series' long L-track extension, 3-stage zero gravity, and full-body airbag package. If you need a 4D L-track flagship and 300 lbs is too close to your weight for comfort, the Palisade 4D Max is the Infinity answer at this tier.

Common questions about the Infinity Palisade 4D Max
- What track system is built into the Infinity Palisade 4D Max?
- L-Track means the Infinity Palisade 4D Max's rollers don't stop at the lower back — they continue down into the seat and glutes. It's a meaningful step up for anyone with hip or hamstring tension.
- What roller technology does the Infinity Palisade 4D Max use?
- The Infinity Palisade 4D Max features 4D rollers, which control both depth and the speed of each individual stroke independently. The result is a more rhythmic, human-like massage — the rollers can slow down and press deeper on tight spots, then speed up through less tense areas.
- Can the Infinity Palisade 4D Max recline into a zero gravity position?
- Yes — the Infinity Palisade 4D Max reclines into a zero gravity position, tilting your body so your legs rise above your heart. This reduces spinal compression and allows the rollers to work with gravity rather than against it, deepening the therapeutic effect.
- Is there built-in heat on the Infinity Palisade 4D Max?
- Yes — the Infinity Palisade 4D Max includes built-in heat, typically in the lumbar and sometimes calf sections. Heat loosens muscle tissue before and during the massage, making roller pressure more effective without needing to increase intensity.
- Does the Infinity Palisade 4D Max scan your body automatically?
- The Infinity Palisade 4D Max includes automatic body scanning. Before the massage begins, sensors measure your back and calibrate the roller path to your specific height and shoulder position.
- How much weight can the Infinity Palisade 4D Max support?
- The Infinity Palisade 4D Max is rated for a maximum user weight of 300 lbs (136 kg). Staying within this limit ensures both effective massage delivery and long-term mechanical reliability.
- Is the Infinity Palisade 4D Max covered by a warranty?
- 5 years warranty on the Infinity Palisade 4D Max. Coverage terms (parts vs. labour, in-home vs. depot service) can vary by retailer and region, so verify before buying.
