Common questions about the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D
- Does the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D reach into the glutes and hamstrings?
- The Infinity Palisade Pro 4D is built on an L-Track — the rollers extend past the lumbar region into your glutes and the top of your hamstrings. Noticeably more coverage than a standard S-Track, especially for people who sit at a desk all day.
- What type of rollers does the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D have?
- With 4D rollers, the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D goes beyond depth adjustment — each stroke can vary in speed and intensity as it travels. It's the most sophisticated roller technology below 5D/6D, and produces a significantly more natural massage feel.
- Does the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D support zero gravity reclining?
- Yes, the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D supports zero gravity recline — a position that distributes body weight evenly and reduces spinal load. It also allows the rollers to reach deeper into muscle tissue, making the same pressure setting feel more effective.
- Does the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D include heat therapy?
- Heat therapy is built into the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D. It pre-warms muscle tissue to improve roller penetration — a small feature that makes a measurable difference, particularly for chronic tension in the lumbar region.
- Does the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D adjust to my body shape?
- Yes — the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D uses built-in sensors to map your spine length and shoulder width before each session, automatically positioning the rollers to match your exact frame.
- What is the maximum weight capacity of the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D?
- The Infinity Palisade Pro 4D supports up to 300 lbs (136 kg). This is a hard limit from the manufacturer — the motor and frame are rated to this specification.
- How long is the warranty on the Infinity Palisade Pro 4D?
- The Infinity Palisade Pro 4D includes a 5 years warranty. Always confirm exact coverage terms — particularly in-home service provisions — with your retailer at time of purchase.
