The verdict
The Sovana 4D DualPro is Infinity's upper-tier flagship — 80 airbags, dual 4D+ mechanisms, 3-stage ZG, full-body heat, and a 5yr warranty on an SL-track. It covers every major capability gap found in the models below it.
Buyers ready for a comprehensive flagship experience who want Infinity's dual-mechanism 4D system with the brand's longest warranty
PROS
- ✓80 airbags across the entire body — the second-highest count of any Infinity chair
- ✓Dual 4D+ mechanisms work upper and lower simultaneously — more complete session in less time
- ✓3-stage zero gravity achieves the deepest spinal decompression angle in Infinity's range
- ✓Full-body heat covers back and calves — the first Infinity chair below the Circadian to include it
- ✓5yr warranty on an SL-track dual-mechanism chassis
CONS
- ✕Very large footprint — the dual-mechanism and 80-airbag chassis requires significant room planning
- ✕Aggressive intensity makes this unsuitable for sensitive or first-time users without careful introduction
- ✕$11,999 positions it against Luraco i9 Max Plus (100 airbags, USA-made, 5yr) — a strong alternative to evaluate

Common questions about the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro
- What track system is built into the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro?
- L-Track means the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro's rollers don't stop at the lower back — they continue down into the seat and glutes. It's a meaningful step up for anyone with hip or hamstring tension.
- What roller technology does the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro use?
- The Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro features 4D rollers, which control both depth and the speed of each individual stroke independently. The result is a more rhythmic, human-like massage — the rollers can slow down and press deeper on tight spots, then speed up through less tense areas.
- Can the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro recline into a zero gravity position?
- Yes — the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro reclines into a zero gravity position, tilting your body so your legs rise above your heart. This reduces spinal compression and allows the rollers to work with gravity rather than against it, deepening the therapeutic effect.
- Is there built-in heat on the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro?
- Yes — the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro includes built-in heat, typically in the lumbar and sometimes calf sections. Heat loosens muscle tissue before and during the massage, making roller pressure more effective without needing to increase intensity.
- How much weight can the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro support?
- The Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro is rated for a maximum user weight of 300 lbs (136 kg). Staying within this limit ensures both effective massage delivery and long-term mechanical reliability.
- Who does the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro fit in terms of height?
- The Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro is calibrated for users between 5′4″ and 6′0″. Body scanning will auto-adjust the roller path, but the physical dimensions of the chair are optimised for this range.
- How many airbags does the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro have?
- The Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro is fitted with 80 airbags distributed across the shoulders, arms, hips, and calves. More airbags generally means better coverage and more even compression pressure.
- Is the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro covered by a warranty?
- 5 years warranty on the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro. Coverage terms (parts vs. labour, in-home vs. depot service) can vary by retailer and region, so verify before buying.
- Which retailers carry the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro?
